What OpenAI provides and what BigBase adds
OpenAI describes Dots as assistants with their own cloud computer, browser and connected apps. Specialist Dots for businesses are initially in pilots and preview. Our distinction from an AI Employee therefore concerns the business role, not the absence of a computer.
The official availability guide describes a gradual introduction: Business Premium in supported regions and an Enterprise beta enabled by an administrator. The initial personal Pro rollout excludes the EEA, Switzerland and the UK. We check your workspace before committing to an implementation.
BigBase adds your process knowledge, configuration, practical testing and handover. The prices below cover our service; they do not replace an OpenAI or other supplier subscription.

Why are the prices the same?
Both services require careful business implementation. Equal pricing does not mean an identical solution: a Dot has a focused task, while an AI Employee has a broader role. The proposal defines outcomes, external costs and maintenance agreements.
Is BigBase part of OpenAI?
No. BigBase provides an independent implementation service. Using Dots depends on the capabilities and availability in your own OpenAI workspace.
