Two ways to provide the service
The price relates to how you want the task implemented and maintained. A proposal records the results included in the assignment, applicable conditions and necessary external costs.
- Monthly service: € 499 per Dot per month for setup and agreed maintenance.
- One-time implementation: € 6.999 per Dot for the agreed setup, trial and handover.
- Additional costs: platform subscriptions, usage and other suppliers are separate from BigBase fees.
When does monthly service fit?
Monthly service suits a team that wants to keep reviewing and improving the task with BigBase. This can be useful when information sources, instructions or exceptions change regularly.
We agree the maintenance work. The price does not automatically include every new assignment, connection or expansion.
When does one-time implementation fit?
A one-time implementation suits a team that wants to manage everyday use and changes after setup. Handover helps the owner understand what has been configured, how to review a result and when to seek assistance.
This fee does not purchase an OpenAI platform or physical Dot computer. Decide who will maintain the workflow and which subscriptions must remain available.

Does a one-time implementation remove all future costs?
The BigBase implementation fee is paid once. Required platform subscriptions, usage and other supplier costs may continue. Any later maintenance is agreed separately.
Is a € 6.999 Dot a dedicated workstation?
No. For a Dot, this is the implementation and handover price. A dedicated AI Workstation is a different service with its own computer and a broader role. Equal prices do not mean identical technical setups.
