Submit a new UBO extract to Pay.nl

Important change announced in May 2025: a certified UBO extract is required by Pay.nl.

Webshops using Pay.nl payment methods are asked to provide a certified copy of their UBO register information. Pay.nl needs to verify the declared Ultimate Beneficial Owner details.

At the time of this notice, Pay.nl could not retrieve the information directly from the UBO register. Webshop owners therefore needed to request a certified extract themselves through the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.

Log in to Pay.nl and upload the requested document on the merchant account page.

Arrange this in time to prevent delays in activating or using your Pay.nl payment methods.
