Support with content
Depending on the subscription you choose, we will assist you free of charge a number of times per month if you have questions about the system or need help updating content. If you are not familiar enough with the system or simply prefer not to handle it yourself, we can take care of this entirely for you. You can submit your request via the support form, and we will process it as quickly as possible.

What does support include?
Since it is often unclear what is and isn’t included in support, here are some examples.
This is, among other things, included in subscriptions with support:
- Adding a new page to the website
- Editing a provided image or text on a page
- Assistance with sending a newsletter
- Adding a new product to the webshop
- Creating a new category in a webshop
- Adding an invoice for a specific customer
- Reversing a webshop order
- Publishing a blog article or news post
The following items, for example, can certainly be carried out, but are not included in the changes covered by the subscription:
- Changing the colors on a page, or altering the page structure
- Adjusting the design of a slideshow on the page
- Adding an extra template for printing invoices
- Importing data, for example email addresses into a newsletter
- Optimizing content for search engines
- Adding or modifying external accounts such as Google Analytics or a Facebook page
- Tasks that need to be carried out on-site at the client’s location
Content management system explanation
Since all systems we deliver are largely custom-made, there is no standard manual available. Instead of investing a lot of time in creating a custom manual that may ultimately never be used anyway (yes, we are speaking from experience), we always provide a complete explanation of the system upon delivery.
During the first month after delivery, the full service and any further explanation or support are completely free of charge, since we understand that you may still have questions or run into certain issues in the beginning. After this first month, the subscription terms for content support apply. This means that, depending on the chosen subscription, we will help you several times per month with content updates or, if preferred, carry out the changes entirely for you.

Need help?
If more support is needed, that will of course never be a problem, we are happy to help. If further explanation of the content management system is needed, whether by phone or on-site, that is also possible. All tasks that fall outside the subscription will of course be charged at our standard hourly rate.
